IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW. In the month of December 2019 there were 50 Dr's appointments which were not kept by patients and 46 which were not kept for the treatment room and clinics.

Thank you for your participation in our recent survey.  We are delighted to announce that 98% of patients surveyed are extremely likely or likely to recommend us.  We will endeavour to action any suggestions where possible.  Sincere thanks for all the kind comments.

circled_dayAn appointment system is employed, but urgent cases will always be seen as soon as possible. Appointments can be made in person or by telephoning 70832600 during surgery hours. Please make a separate appointment for each person.

You have the right to ask to see the doctor of your choice and we will endeavour to accommodate this if possible. Please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment if you have a preference.

Please try to arrive punctually for your appointment. We endeavour to run to time. If appointments are running behind, you will be informed of the delay.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse please leave a message with the receptionist before 11:30 and the doctor or nurse will phone you back as soon as possible but not necessarily on the same day.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Medical Students

We are an approved practice for the teaching of medical students who will be with us occasionally as part of their studies. Please inform the receptionist if you wish to see the doctor alone.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
